What are the opening hours for luggage storage in Nice?
The Buddibags luggage storage is open every day of the week from Monday to Sunday without interruption from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Outside these hours, please contact us by phone via WhatApp.
What type of luggage do you take care of ?
Specialized in the storage of luggage, we also take care of the storage of parcels, strollers, scooters or bicycles with or without protection,

How is my luggage secured?
We ask all travelers to lock their suitcases prior to baggage claim. Otherwise, we can provide you with a combination padlock for which only you have the code. Don't forget your secret code!
For even more security, your suitcases are secured up to €5,000 per piece of luggage.
Are my suitcases insured?
Indeed, your suitcases are insured as soon as your luggage is taken care of for material and immaterial damage.
Does the price vary according to the size of the luggage?
A hand luggage is considered for BuddiBags as an article. We make no distinction.

Thanks to our reservation form, you can pay either by credit card or via PayPal. It's up to you !

What happens if I want to add suitcases?
A supplement will be expected in case of addition of luggage. Report it to your assistant, who will take care of adding your suitcase to your reservation.
What happens if I want to change my delivery address?
Pas de Panique ! Contactez directement votre assistant par téléphone le plus tôt possible via le numéro de téléphone reçu lors de votre réservation. Il se chargera de modifier votre réservation.
What happens if I want to modify or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time and free of charge, if your luggage has not been taken care of by one of our assistants. Otherwise, additional charges will apply.
Is the price displayed for 24 hours or 12 hours?
The rates displayed are per day.
If you want to collect your luggage after midnight, then you will have to pay an additional day.
